Dear Constituent,
Thank you for contacting me regarding the The Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2009. I appreciate the benefit of your views on this important issue.
As you know, on April 2, 2009, the The Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2009 was introduced by Congressman Ron Paul, and it has been referred to the Committees on Energy and Commerce and Judiciary. Should the Senate consider this legislation or similar proposals in the future, I will certainly keep your thoughts in mind.
Again, thanks for writing. As we move forward in the 111th Congress, please continue to be in touch with your opinions and concerns.
Sincerely,
MARK R. WARNER
United States Senator
