Is Hemp CBD Legal in Idaho? The Idaho Attorney General considers hemp extracts with cannabidiol (CBD) to be a controlled substance unless it is derived from excluded parts of the hemp plant AND contains no tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). To read the Attorney General’s opinion on CBD, click here.
