Is Hemp CBD Legal in Idaho? The Idaho Attorney General considers hemp extracts with cannabidiol (CBD) to be a controlled substance unless it is derived from excluded parts of the hemp plant AND contains no tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). To read the Attorney General’s opinion on CBD, click here.

Adds to existing law to provide for the interstate transport of hemp and to provide for the Hemp Development Fund.
